In order to maintain a safe marketplace, sellers can only offer eBay-approved payment methods in their listings.

Our payment-related policies ensure buyers and sellers have consistent access to familiar and secure payment methods, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for, and know what to do if something goes wrong.

The following payment methods are not allowed, including:

Sending cash through the mail
Point-to-point cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram

Direct contact information can only be exchanged after checkout is complete. This includes asking buyers to get in touch with details of alternative payment methods.

Unpaid item policy

When a member add one item into the cart, or uses Buy It Now to purchase an item, they must complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller. Buyers must note:

The cost of shipping and handling, and all terms that the seller has included in the listing before deciding to purchase.

A seller may cancel an unpaid order if the buyer doesn't pay or contact them within 4 calendar days.
